The base system is Windows 7 32-bit fully patched.įirst, an observation: If this service is disabled, Windows Live Mail will NOT run. This is a manual service that enables Windows Live ID authentication. I have run into a problem with Windows Live Mail (2012 version) that involves the Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant.
